Psychedelic Ceremonies

Introduction: Psychedelic therapy is a powerful tool for self-inquiry and healing. With its help, we can generate ​deeper connections to ourselves and the world. My goal as a guide is to maintain a safe setting while helping ​you gain the most from your journey. I work primarily with MDMA and Psilocybin. Experiences with me can ​lead to:

Intake and Screening: We start with an intake exploring your history and intentions. Based on our ​conversation, we will decide if it makes sense to proceed and choose the appropriate medicine for you.


Preparation: We will have a minimum of three preparation counseling sessions. During this phase, we will:

  • Set clear intentions
  • Map out your internal landscape
  • Cultivate safety and connection
  • Provide resources to prepare for the journey


Guided and Safe Experience: On the day of your session, we will co-create a warm, sacred space. The ​experience begins with a check-in and a reconnection with your intentions. Then the chosen medicine is ​consumed and the journey begins. During the first 2 hours of the session, clients are typically blindfolded and ​guided inward while lying down with headphones. I will support and guide you throughout as needed, ​ensuring your safety. After, the initial introspective phase it is common that we will enter into a dialogue ​exploring the experience and working with the content that arises.


Integration: Post-experience, we engage in a supportive process to incorporate insights, release burdens, and ​embody new ways of being. We’ll explore new boundaries and translate awareness into wisdom.

Ongoing Support: Your journey doesn’t end with the session. I provide continuous support through:

  • Follow-up sessions
  • Additional counseling
  • Integration resources like workbooks and community support groups
